Each October, The College of Architecture, Design and Construction hosts an awards banquet to celebrate the success of the College’s faculty, staff, and students. While an invitation is created, most deliverables are materials for the day of the event: a program and presentation to guide guests through the evening’s awards ceremony, table numbers to direct guests to their table and/or seat, signage to thank those sponsors who make possible the event and the work and outreach of CADC, and tags to be attached to the evening’s giveaway. This year’s giveaway was a tshirt with the college logo, of which guests could purchase more if they so desired. Extra shirts sold at the banquet would benefit the CADC Ambassadors, a group of CADC students that represent the college and interface with alumni, visitors, and prospective students and their families. Therefore, the tag’s design featured a call-to-action on one side and the guest’s name on the other.
